This is authentic and delicious every time. If I'm in warrenton, I'm headed here! The samosas are perfect and I'd go just for the tamarind sauce!

I've only ever ordered to go here because I have insane small children but from what I've seen of inside, the atmosphere is beautiful. I mostly came here to scream on the top of my lungs that their food is incredible. Specifically the Chana Saag has me in a chokehold.i can't stop thinking about it. Give it a try it's truly life altering.

The good was very tasty. Service was attentive. They were very careful with one of our parties food restrictions. The ambiance is pleasant but somewhat dated. We had the vegetable samosas, lamb curry, butter chicken, and palak paneer. The spice level is customizable.

I have been here a couple times but never created a review. Im not going to pretend i know all about Indian Cuisine and culture because I do not, and to be honest the first couole times trying Indian food was here and its been years ago...I was trying to train my tatse buds. :) On July 4th, my son's GF and I decided to come here for an early dinner. I am So glad we did. We walked in, and everyone was nice. We ordered the Vegetable Samosas, which I get on every visit! The textures and spices are perfect together. We got the Salmon Tikka Kabob. I love a good salmon and this was the best! Medium heat! On a small bed of lettuce with cucumbers and red onions. So delicious! So flavorful. We had the Malai Kofta. Amazing! Dumpling has similar texture to the inside of the Samosa but with that creamy mild sauce, we just kept going back to it. We put it on our rice. Scooped it up with our Tandoori Roti which was a healthy, partly crispy, and strong vessel for eating the dish. Great pick, there! My dinner friend ordered a Mango Lassi which looked beautiful and she drank it all. I ordered a hot green tea which was good until last sips but that plain ol water they had was tasty and refreshing. I'm picky about water in restaurants but here, it was tasty. Not only was this dinner so delicious but it was even more delicious when I ate some left overs today! Very good. We will be making more visits for sure.

Absolutely delicious!!!! Stopped here on our way from Pittsburgh back to NC and boy was it a fantastic decision. The place is in a nice shopping plaza, it is very well decorated and has a nice, calming ambience. Service was very friendly and fast. We ordered the fish appetizer, garlic naan, lamb kadai and the Aali gobi ----EVERYTHING was perfectly seasoned and the flavors were on point! Thanks so much for a great meal. We will stop every time we are traveling through!!!

Service is good and inside looks very cozy. Ordered some chaat and Malai kofta. The steamed chicken momos were my favorite thing there, they were bursting with flavor. Finishing with mango lassi was a nice dessert

Taj Palace stands out not just for its delectable dishes but also for the comprehensive dining experience it provides. With services like reservations, takeout, and delivery, it caters to every dining preference. The restaurant’s commitment to accommodating families is evident, as it offers many vegetarian options, outdoor seating, and a kid-friendly atmosphere.

As I perused the menu, my senses were instantly piqued. The aromatic Butter Chicken, a specialty of the house, features BBQ chicken cubes cooked in a rich tomato cream sauce adorned with fenugreek leaves, delivering an unforgettable taste sensation for just $16.99. Likewise, the Chicken Tikka Masala shines brightly with its expertly marinated Tandoori chicken breast cascading in a luscious sauce that perfectly balances cream and bell peppers.

For those seeking depth in flavor, the Lamb Rogan Josh emerges as a standout dish. This succulent bone-in lamb curry, simmered with a complex blend of spices, is priced at $17.99 and represents the heart of Indian comfort food. And for plant-based enthusiasts, the Dal Makhni—a rich blend of lentils finished with cream and butter—is equally compelling at $13.99, perfectly illustrating the richness of Indian vegetarian cuisine.

In addition to the food, the ambiance at Taj Palace enhances the dining experience. Patrons have praised the relaxing atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for family gatherings or casual meals with friends. Customers have remarked on the excellent service—having their food served promptly, even during busy hours. It's a place where both the culinary and the customer services shine as brightly as the Indian spices.

The reviews from diners like Anonimus P. and Kayla S. echo my sentiments; Taj Palace indeed captives with its delightful samosas and life-altering Chana Saag. Each visit promises consistency, authenticity, and a dining experience that feels both personal and unique.

If you find yourself in Warrenton, Taj Palace Indian Cuisine is a must-visit. With its robust flavors, welcoming services, and a menu that leaves you craving for more, this restaurant exemplifies the essence of Indian dining with every bite.
